German grain test by SYP4506

This is the result of grain testing from Germany.

Tested with Cake & Chip Type by SYP4506.

Used Model: SYP4506 Rice cake machine

Test material

Country of origin: Germany

Materials: Millet, White sorghum, Red sorghum, Broken corn

Total of 4 raw materials and local rice were tested in total 10 times.

Popped German grain chips & cakes

Millet was 100% difficult to use, but with rice,

It seems to be possible to mix 10 ~ 50%.

Test 1 (White Sorghum 100% Cake type)

Both cake type & chip type were able to produce, but it was more stable in production as chip type.

Test 2 (White Sorghum 100% Chip type)

Both cake type & chip type were able to produce, but it was more stable in production as chip type.

Test 3 (Red Sorghum 100% Cake Type)

Both cake type & chip type were able to produce, but it was more stable in production as chip type.

Test 4 (Red Sorghum 100% Chip Type)

Both cake type & chip type were able to produce, but it was more stable in production as chip type

Test 5 (3 Mix)(White & Red Sorghum, Millet)

Both cake type & chip type were able to produce, but it was more stable in production as chip type.

Test 6 (4 Mix)(White & Red Sorghum, Millet, Broken Rice)

Both cake type & chip type were able to produce

Test 7 (Yellow Broken Corn 100%)

If the size of the corn is small, the production of the product is not a problem. Corn is mainly produced as a cake type rather than a chip type.

Test 8 (Millet 100%)(Cake Type)

Millet 100% wasn’t possible to pop well

So, it should be mixed with other materials such as rice

Test 9 (Millet 100%)(Chip Type)

Millet 100% wasn’t possible to pop well

So, it should be mixed with other materials such as rice

Test 10 (Millet 10% + Broken Rice 90%)

We’ve use 90% broken rice + 10% millet

We think it would be possible to use more millet with broken rice

The reason we use broken rice is because it’s similar size with millet

Test Model: SYP4506 rice popper

This models can produce wheat cake or chips with 2,160 ~ 3,000 pcs per hour with different setting.
