Popped rice cake machine _ SYP9002 test by two rices from Tunisia

Two rice samples sent by a Tunisian buyer were tested using the SYP9002 popped rice cake machine.

Two tests were conducted by adjusting the amount of raw material supplied, and the results can be checked below.

The following 4 types of tests were conducted.

No. 1 WhiteRice_ 62mm

No. 2 WhiteRice_ 56mm

No. 3 Parboiled Rice_ 62mm

No. 4 Parboiled Rice_ 56mm

There was no problem with the product, but it seems that the amount of raw material supply can be reduced a little. (60mm recommended) (Thickness 10-12mm)

Each piece weighs about 8.5g.

Test No.2 SYP9002 popped rice cake machine _ White Rice _ 56mm

When I changed the feeding plate to 56mm, the shape of the product was not good.

Each piece weighs about 6.8g (No video)

Due to its good expansion power, it was possible to produce thicknesses of 13mm or more (Max 14mm). Each piece weighs about 7.8g

There was no problem in product production even when using a 56mm feeding plate because of its good expansion power. (Thickness 10-11mm) / Each piece weighs about 6.1g
