Mixed rice sent from Indonesia was tested using the SYP9002 rice cake machine.
Rice and some other grains were rotted and added a little more moisture before testing.

Test#1 Making puffed cake by A Type setting _ SYP9002
As shown in the photo below, puffed cake was produced and there was no difficulty in testing. And it is possible to produce thin or thick products by changing the thickness. (2-14mm thickness possible)
* A Type setting is the basic setting method of our SYP rice cake machine.
This method is used to make ordinary puffed cakes.

Test#2 Making puffed cake by B Type setting _ SYP9002
As shown in the photo below, puffed cake was produced, and there was no difficulty in testing for Type B.
* B Type setting is the added setting method of our SYP rice cake machine.
In this way, you can produce crispy puffed cakes.

Information about the SYP9002 used for testing
The SYP9002 model is a model that produces 90mm circular rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 720-900 pcs of rice cake per hour. Compared to SYP9001, the production volume is doubled, but the price is low, so it is used in medium and large production lines. It is possible to produce rice cake of 3-12mm(Max Size 14mm) thickness and can produce up to 18T when option is applied.
