SYP4506 grain popper was tested using three raw materials from Czech buyers.
The three raw materials were short rice, long rice and spelt.
Cake type and chip type were tested

No. 1 Cake Type - Long rice
The test result was good.
But more material supply required for bigger thickness.
No. 2 Cake Type - Short rice
The test result was good.
Thicker cake can be produced.
No. 3 Cake Type - Spelt
The test result was not bad but it was stick on the mold.
So, non-stick agent need to be mixed.
No. 4 Cake Type - Short rice
The test result was good.
No. 5 Cake Type - Spelt + Short rice + Long rice
Rice is mixed around 50%. Popping was good.
No. 6 Chip Type - Long rice
The test result was good.
But 100% long rice(Brown) is easy to break than white rice.
No. 7 Chip Type - Short rice
The test result was good. It’s not easy to break.
No. 8 Chip Type - Spelt
The test result wasn’t good.
It’s better to mix with other grains such as rice.
No. 9 Chip Type - Spelt + Short rice
The test result was better than No. 8
It’s mixed with short rice
No.10 Chip Type - Spelt + Short rice + Long rice
The test result was good.
But 100% long rice(Brown) is easy to break than white rice.
Test Model: SYP4506 Rice popper
The SYP4506 model is a model that produces 45mm round rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 2,160-3,084 pcs rice cake per hour. It is most widely sold for chips using rice and corn.
