There are 3 types of SYP80/85/90/9502 Model.

The same applies to the SYP8001 / 8501/9001/9501/10001 models.

SYP8002 2-9mm (Max.9mm thick product can be produced stably without changing the thickness) (Basic type)

>> When the thickness is less than 9mm, thickness adjustment is

sometimes necessary. However, when set to 9mm, 9mm products

can be produced with no need for thickness adjustment.

SYP8502 / 9002 / 9502 2-10mm (Max.10mm thick product can be produced stably without changing the thickness) (Basic type)

>> When the thickness is less than 10mm, thickness adjustment is

sometimes necessary. However, when set to 10mm, 10mm products

can be produced with no need for thickness adjustment.

SYP8002 / 8502 / 9002 / 9502 (12T) 2-12mm (Depending on the raw material, it is possible to produce more than 10mm thickness.) (Option)

>> 12T options can be made with 12mm or slightly thicker products

depending on the material and setting conditions. However, it is

sometimes necessary to adjust the thickness.

SYP8002 / 8502 / 9002 / 9502 (18T) 3-18mm (It can be produced up to 18mm maximum thickness according to the raw material.) (Option) >> 18T options can be made with Max. 18mm thicker products

depending on the material and setting conditions. However, it is

sometimes necessary to adjust the thickness.

​ Since the thickness changes slightly as the temp. of hydraulic oil increases, it needs to be adjusted occasionally.
