SYP5806T Triangle rice cake machine test
We tested the SYP5806T rectangle rice cake machine using broken rice, barley, adlay & 4 kinds of broken beans from Thailand
The test results were all good except for 100% Adlay.
And beans produce a lot of oil during expansion, so only 5% was mixed with grains.

Test of Broken rice + Beans
A mixture of broken rice and beans 5% was tested using the SYP5806T model as shown below.
1. Broken rice 100%
2. Broken rice 95% + 5% Mung bean
3. Broken rice 95% + 5% Red bean
4. Broken rice 95% + 5% Cereal bean
5. Broken rice 95% + 5% Soybean

It expanded well and was able to produce products stably.

Test of Barley + Beans
A mixture of barley and beans 5% was tested using the SYP5806T model as shown below.

2. Barley 95% + 5% Mung bean
3. Barley 95% + 5% Red bean
4. Barley 95% + 5% Soybean
5. Barley 95% + 5% Cereal bean

Due to the nature of barley, it did not expand as much as rice, but it was possible to produce products stably.

A mixture of adlay, grains & beans was tested using the SYP5806T model as shown below.

2. Adlay 60% + 10% Broken rice + 10% Barley + Beans (4 kinds each 5%)

100% Adlay stick to the mold, making it difficult to produce the product stably.
2. Adlay 60% + Others tested by SYP5806T Triangle Popped Chips Machine
When adding 60% of adlay, 10% of each of rice and barley, and 5% of 4 types of beans, the product could be stably produced.
