We have tested brown rice and corn from Spain buyer.

The model used is the SYP9502 18T model, which can produce up to 18mm thick 95mm round cake, depending on the material.

1. 80% Brown Rice + 20% Quinoa

Mix 20% of quinoa in brown rice.

Test results were good and 16-17mm thick was possible.

2. 80% Brown Rice + 20% Buck Wheat

Mixed brown rice with buck wheat 20%.

Test results were good and 16-17mm thick was possible.

3. 100% Broken Corn

Test results were good but thickness was much less because of corn’s characteristics

The SYP9502 model is a model that produces 95mm circular rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 720-1,028 pcs of rice cake per hour. Compared to SYP9501, the production volume is doubled, but the price is low, so it is used in medium and large production lines. It is possible to produce rice cake of 2-10mm(Max) thickness and can produce up to 18T when option is applied.
