Broken black rice and Broken white rice were tested using SYP4506 rice popper model.

There was no problem for the broken white rice but the broken black rice was not strong enough and I tested it with a 20% mix of Wheat pellet.

1. Test of Broken white rice (Chip type)

The state of popping was good. Chip type is a bit more crispy.

2. Test of Broken white rice (Cake type)

The state of popping was good.

The Cake type is a little softer compare to chip type.

3. Test of Broken black rice (Chip type)

The state of popping was good.

However, black rice, the strength is weak and brittle.

4. Test of Broken black rice + pellet (Chip type)

Black rice was not strong enough, so we mixed 10-20% of pellet.

Then the state of popping was good.

Test by SYP4506 Rice popper

The SYP4506 model is a model that produces 45mm round rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 2,160-3,084 pcs rice cake per hour. It is most widely sold for chips using rice and corn.
