We used raw materials from buyers in South America and the test results were good.

Temperature: 255-260 degrees

Pressure: 150

Size of fee plate: 53mm

Weight of cake: 6.0g / pc

The moisture content of the raw material was 15.3%.

If the water content was about 2% higher, the popping would have been better.

Information of SYP8501 rice cake machine

The SYP8501 model is a model that produces 85mm round rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 360-514 pcs of rice cake per hour. Suitable for small scale production. It is possible to produce rice cake of 3-12T thickness and can produce up to 18T when option is applied.
