Sample test was done with our SYP9002 Rice cake machine using raw materials from Peruvian buyers.
The raw materials are rice, corn and quinoa.
The raw material received by the buyer has added additional moisture.
There were no additives other than water, and it was used after 12 hours of water addition.
Quinoa showed a tendency to gather on one side because of the large size difference with rice. But crushed corn was okay mixed with quinoa 8%.

The model used in this test is the SYP9002 model.
The SYP9002 model is a model that produces 90mm circular rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 720-1,028 pcs of rice cake per hour. Compared to SYP9001, the production volume is doubled, but the price is low, so it is used in medium and large production lines. It is possible to produce rice cake of 2-10mm(Max) thickness and can produce up to 18T when option is applied.
